Art and design have a way of calling us to participate in a communal journey.
The objects that we create possess the power to pull us forward, to take us back, and to remind us to be present through the powerful medium of visual communication. Blu’sBird: A Visual Journey, is a folk-assemblage set piece inspired by The Bluebird, a fantasy play written by Belgian playwright, Maurice Maeterlinck. The play follows the adventures of two children who take a journey through time and space in search of the bluebird of happiness.
