Welcome to ART Play!
Located inside the GMA is ART Play, our classroom and activities center. It houses art classes, interactive activities, and events coordinated by our Education and Outreach Coordinator, Jill Edwards.
ART Play offers several artist-themed activities for children of all ages. Interactive stations pay homage to Wassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Keith Haring, Damien Hirst, and Andy Warhol.
The “Selfie Station” features a mirror and dry erase board so that students may create their self-portraits.

Registration is now OPEN for our ART Play Summer Art Camp!
This camp is an opportunity for young students to engage their imaginations while developing their art skills, learn new artistic techniques, and expand their artistic knowledge. There will be multiple projects the students will work on throughout the week followed by their own art exhibition at the museum for family and friends to see their wonderful creations!
1st-4th Graders’ Art Camp will be June 23rd-26th, July 7th-10th, and July 14th-17th*** (There are three separate sessions). The cost per student is $100.
***The first and second week of 1st-4th grade camp (July 14-17th) is FULL.
***We have ADDED and additional week for 1st-4th graders. This week will be June 23rd-June 26th.
5th-7th Graders is TBA. The cost per student is $125. We will update with dates ASAP.

ART Play is a great place to bring field trips and Scout Troops for artistic learning. Some classes are taught on-site.
